HTML Creator Known Issues

The following is a list of known issues with HTML Creator. Items that appear with a strikethrough have been corrected.

  1. Selecting either a size or color from the Size and Color Submenus in the Format menu will enter incorrect HTML code. Instead of the parameter being 'size' or 'color', 'face' is entered instead. A work-around is to use the Formatting Assistant under the Insert Menu.
  2. Due to a change in the operating system, until HTML Creator is recompiled, two Help menus will appear.
  3. Using the Save As dialog does not allow you to modify the documents extension. A work around is to copy and paste the contents of the file into a new document and using the normal Save dialog, enter a different extension. Alternatively, closing the document, switching to the Finder, and modifying the file name in the Finder will accomplish this task.
